The app, or application - any of the Pet Dragons game accessed through Facebook, via the URL of http://apps.facebook.com/petdragons/ and all pages within.
The forums, or boards - two locations where users post messages, which are:
1. The Facebook included wall and message board on the Pet Dragons About page.
2. The custom forum provided at http://forums.liquidfyre.com and all pages within, threads, profiles, and private messages between members.
The developers, or devs - any persons designated as creators, designers, or moderators of Pet Dragons. At this time, the only such persons are Craig Schwartz, Danny Olefsky, and Brian Schwartz, whose forum names are Tesserex, Zedarius, and Ravenex, respectively. The former two reserve the sole right to modify or enforce these terms, or to authorize the latter to do so.

The developers expect all users of the app to comply with all of Facebook's Terms of Service, and where necessary, will report violations to Facebook staff. An example of a violation would be the creation of fake accounts.

As per the Facebook terms of use for application developers, available at http://developers.facebook.com/terms.php, the app will only gather the user's Facebook user ID number for permanent storage. No other identifying information will be stored. Information such as the user's name, thumbnail picture, and network may be temporarily gathered for use within the application. At no time and in no manner is user information collected for marketing purposes or anything shady like that.

1. You agree that nothing submitted to the application, including user entered information and submitted pictures, will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.

2. You will not upload, post, or submit anything to the app or the forums that the developers deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. The developers reserve the right to edit or remove any materials in violation of these terms without notice. In addition, such violations will be reported to Facebook staff where applicable.

3. Users are also expected to abide by any and all other terms set by developers written on or pertaining to the application or the forums.

Any form of fraudulent activity, to be determined at the developers sole discretion, is strictly prohibited and will be monitored. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to, the use of fake Facebook accounts for the creation of multiple dragons, fraudulently raising one's in-game statistics through any means, including engaging in combat with fake accounts, engaging in repeated game combat with friends or other illegitimate dragons for purposes of artificially raising in-game stats, to be determined by the developers, or any form of hacking or unfair alteration of information.

The developers reserve the right to modify or delete any or all in-game user information for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, or to deny any user access to the application for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the cheating or user conduct agreements. Cheating offenses that violate Facebook terms of use will be reported to Facebook staff.

These terms may be modified or ammended by the developers at their discretion, at any time with or without notice. Any changes will become available to the users in a timely manner.
